Terms and Conditions for Este Fitness & Spa

These terms of service set out the rules for using the services offered in Este Fitness&Spa, Sofia, 1113, 3B Nikolay Haytov Str. (the “Spa Center”), to be observed by all visitors of the Spa Center.

Este Fitness&Spa is owned by Este Properties EOOD, UIC 175015316, having its seat and registered office in Sofia, 1113, 3A Nikolay Haytov Str. Este Fitness&Spa is a certified SPA Center at the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Este Fitness & Spa offers classic, exotic and author’s massages, spa therapies and rituals, fitness, yoga and Pilates.

Este Fitness & Spa offers to its clients the following amenities:

  • Gym with high-tech equipment.
  • SPA zone – including pool, sauna, steam bath and whirlpool.
  • Hammam („Turkish bath“) – part of Este Fitness & Spa thermal zone with four individually heated marble tables for rituals and therapies offered in the SPA Center.
  • VIP SPA apartment.
  • Yoga and Pilates room.

The following age restrictions apply to all visitors of Este Fitness & Spa:

Children’s access to the SPA Center:

Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to enter the complex.

Children between 5 and 18 years may use the services offered in the SPA Center only in the presence of an accompanying person and/or instructor.

Children between 5 and 18 years may use the pool only in the presence of an instructor and for 60 minutes on the following days and hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm,
  • Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gym;

Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the whirlpool, steam bath and sauna;

Face therapies are allowed for children over 16 years of age.

Clients are recommended to pre-book the desired treatment and therapy in order to ensure the availability of the desired date and time. You can make your reservation on site in Este Fitness & Spa, by telephone on 02 971 22 77 and 0877 10 22 77, or by e-mail: office@estespa.bg.

You can cancel your appointment by phone on 02 971 22 77 and 0877 10 22 77, on site in Este Fitness & Spa, or by e-mail: office@estespa.bg. The cancellation of confirmed bookings is subject to the following provisions:

If you cancel your appointment:

  • At least 24 hours in advance – you will not be charged;
  • Between 24 and 6 hours prior to the appointment – you will be charged 50% of the services reserved;
  • Less than 6 hours prior to the appointment – you will be charged 100% of the services reserved.

If you cancel a group booking /more than 4 persons/:

  • At least 72 hours prior to the appointment – you will not be charged;
  • Between 72 and 48 hours prior to a confirmed appointment – you will be charged 50% of the services reserved;
  • Less than 48 hours prior to the appointment – you will be charged 100% of the services reserved;

For the safety and convenience of the guests, Este Fitness & Spa applies a dress code compliant with the nature of the offered services:

Swimming pool and whirlpool – swimwear, flip flops, and swim cap;

Gym – sportswear and clean sports shoes;

Yoga & Pilates – breathable and comfortable clothes;

Massage or body therapy – disposable underwear provided by Este Fitness & Spa

Thai massage – special clothing provided by Este Fitness & Spa

! Persons with high blood pressure, poor blood circulation, asthma or respiratory problems are not recommended to use a sauna, steam bath or hammam. For specific diseases or health conditions, we recommend seeking advice by the treating physician (GP) before using the relevant services at Este Fitness & Spa.

The SPA Center offers specially designed treatments for expectant mothers.

! Massages and treatments are recommended after the first trimester of pregnancy.

! It is not recommended to use a sauna, steam bath or hammam during pregnancy.

Este Fitness & Spa offers the following types of membership cards and packages:

  1. Time limited gym and/or SPA membership,
  2. Packages – for specific number of visits.

Within the validity of the respective Time limited gym and/or SPA membership and package – for specific number of visits, the member may use the respective services of Este Fitness & Spa as desired but only within one visit daily. A second visit on the same day will be charged 50% of the price of the relevant service.

Este Fitness & Spa’s gym membership allows the member to use the gym only and the instructor-led workout is considered a separate service at extra cost.

Membership cards and packages are valid for 12 /twelve/ months.

  1. Prepaid VIP Cards.

Este Fitness & Spa issues Prepaid VIP Cards allowing you to pay upfront for the various services offered by Este Fitness & Spa based on the valid price list of Este Fitness & Spa at the time of use of the respective service. Prepaid VIP Cards offer bonuses depending on the deposited amount. The following bonuses are added to the deposit:

AVENTURINE Card – a bonus of BGN 600 (six hundred) / EUR 306.78 (three hundred six and seventy-eight) will be added to a deposit of BGN 4,000 (four thousand) / EUR 2,045.17 (two thousand forty-five and seventeen)

ONYX Card – a bonus of BGN 1,000 (one thousand) / EUR 511.29 (five hundred eleven and twenty-nine) will be added to a deposit of BGN 6,000 (six thousand) /  EUR 3,067.75 (three thousand sixty-seven and seventy-five)

GOLD Card – a bonus of BGN 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) / EUR 766.94 (seven hundred sixty-six and ninety-four) will be added to a deposit of BGN 8,000 (eight thousand) / EUR 4,090.34 (four thousand ninety and thirty-four)

PLATINUM Card – a bonus of BGN 2,000 (two thousand) / EUR 1,022.58 (one thousand twenty-two and fifty-eight) will be added to a deposit of BGN
10,000 (ten thousand) / EUR 5,112.92 (five thousand one hundred twelve and ninety-two)

Prepaid VIP Cards cannot be used to purchase membership or price packages according to the current Este Fitness & Spa price list.

The purchase of membership cards, packages and Prepaid VIP Cards require 100% payment of the amount due.

Any membership/ Prepaid VIP Card or gym and/or spa package may be cancelled early in the following cases:

  1. At cardholder’s discretion, or
  2. By Este Fitness & Spa – if the member or card holder violates the rules set out in the Terms of Service of Este Fitness & Spa.

Upon cancellation of membership, Prepaid VIP Card or package, the amount available on the respective card/package will be recalculated based on the price of a single visit/service according to the price list of Este Fitness & Spa at the time of termination of the membership or package by deducting the value of the used services from the total value of the membership / Prepaid VIP Card / package. The remaining membership / Prepaid VIP Card / package balance may be used for other service(s) within one (1) year following the cancellation of the membership.

Our gym’s goal is to offer the clients high quality services and amenities. In order to support the fitness center and to allow all clients to enjoy their visit to the fitness center, the clients of Este Fitness & Spa agree to abide by the following code of conduct:

  1. The clients should always treat the fitness center, its staff and members with courtesy and respect.
  2. The clients must use the gym equipment strictly in accordance with all rules or regulations set by Este Fitness & Spa, and comply with any instructions for use given by any fitness center employee.
  3. The clients agree to abide by the rules established by Este Fitness & Spa for the use of the gym by children.
  4. When using the gym, the clients should wear appropriate shoes and attire. Moreover, the clients must use the locker rooms and restrooms, if available, as intended.
  5. The clients must use the gym equipment only for its intended purpose, taking good care of it and, if applicable, storing it in the designated area after use.
  6. The showers are intended for body and hair washing only and any other activities are prohibited (e.g., laundering, shaving), including throughout the locker rooms.
  7. Este Fitness & Spa reserves the right to amend, at its own discretion, these rules and terms of use, and the clients must abide by such amended terms or rules. Any and all amendments to these rules and terms shall be communicated to the clients.
  8. The clients agree to respect the privacy of Este Fitness & Spa staff and other clients and to limit the use of cameras and mobile recording devices without their permission.

In order to ensure a relaxing environment for all visitors of Este Fitness & Spa, we recommend our clients to refrain from using cell phones and talking loud.

Este Fitness & Spa complies with all hygiene requirements to keep the premises, amenities and equipment clean and in good condition in accordance with established regulatory requirements. We use wet cleaning, disinfection and sterilization.

Este Fitness & Spa assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen personal property. For the sake of security, we recommend you to surrender your valuable items at Este Fitness & Spa reception desk to be kept in a safe deposit box.

Este Fitness & Spa shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries occurring in our premises and resulting from visitors’ breach of any rules and restrictions set forth in Este Fitness & Spa Terms of Service.

Este Fitness & Spa is designed in a manner complying with the regulatory requirements for providing an accessible environment for people with disabilities.

Photo shooting for advertising purposes is prohibited on the territory of Este Fitness & Spa. The publication of advertising photographs taken by visitors of Este Fitness & Spa on social networks, on the Internet and/or otherwise, without the consent of Este Properties EOOD, is prohibited.

In order to protect the safety and health of Este Fitness & Spa guests, the following prohibitions apply:

  • Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere in the SPA Center.
  • The use of the gym, swimming pool and thermal zone after drinking alcohol is prohibited.
  • The access to any premises other than the visitors free access areas of Este Fitness & Spa is restricted.
  • Visitors wearing shoes (except special training shoes), slippers or flip-flops are not allowed in the fitness center.
  • Visitors wearing shoes or sneakers are not allowed in the pool area.

If a client desires to interrupt the use of any Este Fitness & Spa service, leave the SPA center and return within the same day, the client must pay the full cost of the relevant service as a new visit.

Holders of annual membership cards or Prepaid VIP Cards are entitled to use the Este Fitness & Spa parking lot while using Este Fitness & Spa services as follows:

  • Up to 6 hours in one day for free,
  • Any additional hour in excess of the 6-hours period shall be charged BGN 2 (two) per hour or part thereof.

! In all cases, parking is permitted only during Este Fitness & Spa’s opening hours and only on days when the holder of annual membership card or Prepaid VIP Card uses Este Fitness & Spa’s services.

Este Fitness & Spa undertakes to process the personal data of its clients provided in connection with the use of the services at Este Fitness & Spa in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and any applicable data protection legislation.
