- The whole complex is restricted to children under the age of 5;
- For children and adolescents between the ages of 5 and 16, an attendant is required;

- 24 hours in advance – you have no financial obligations;
- 12 hours in advance – you pay 50% of the cost of the reservation;
- less than 6 hours in advance – you owe 100% of the cost of the reservation.
For group visits (over 4 people) and reservations:
- 72 hours before the booked time – you owe 50% of the value of the reserved service / s;
- 48 hours before the booked time – you owe 100% of the value of the reserved service / s
For the safety and comfort of our guests, we apply clothing requirements according to the nature of the services offered:
- Swimming pool and jacuzzi – swimsuit, waist cloth, flip-flops;
- Fitness – sportswear and clean sports shoes;
- Yoga and pilates – free and comfortable clothes;
- Body massage or body therapy – disposable underwear provided by Este Fitness & Spa
- Thai massage – special clothing provided by Este Fitness & Spa
Every new visitor to Este Fitness & Spa completes a health questionnaire that specifies the existence of any health problems or special conditions.
Note: The sauna, the steam bath or the hamam are not recommended for people who are pregnant, who can’t withstand high temperatures and high blood pressure, or who have problems with blood circulation and asthma or other respiratory problems. It is advisable to consult your doctor for more illnesses or health conditions.

The spa offers specially designed therapies for future mothers.
Note: Massages and procedures are recommended after the first trimester of pregnancy.
To ensure the relaxing atmosphere, we encourage our guests to refrain from using mobile phones as well as calls on high voice.
Este Fitness & Spa respects all hygienic requirements for keeping the premises and the equipment clean and in good condition. The methods used are wet cleaning, disinfection and sterilization.
Este Fitness & Spa does has the responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings. For your safety, we recommend that you leave your storage values in the reception safe.
