GENERAL RULES FOR USING ESTE FITNESS & SPA

These terms set out the rules for using the services of Este Fitness & Spa, located at 3B Nikolay Haytov Street, 1113 Sofia, Bulgaria (the Spa Centre). All visitors must comply with these rules.

Este Fitness & Spa is owned by Este Properties EOOD, company registration number 175015316, with its registered office at 3A Nikolay Haytov Street, 1113 Sofia, Bulgaria. It is certified as a spa centre by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Este Fitness & Spa offers classical, exotic and signature massages, spa treatments and rituals, fitness, yoga and Pilates.

Facilities include:

  • A fitness centre with advanced equipment.
  • A spa area with a pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
  • A hammam (Turkish bath), part of the thermal area, with four individually heated marble tables for rituals and treatments.
  • VIP spa suites.
  • A yoga and Pilates studio.

The following age restrictions apply:

Children under five are not admitted to the complex.

Children aged 5–16 must be accompanied by an adult. Pool access for this age group is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–14:00, and Saturday–Sunday, 07:00–12:00. Private swimming lessons require advance booking.

Adults and guests over 16 may use the pool daily from 07:00 to 22:00.

The fitness centre is available to guests over 16. The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are available only to guests over 18. Facial treatments are available to guests over 16.

To cancel a booking, contact reception, call +359 2 971 22 77 or +359 877 10 22 77, or email office@estespa.bg. The following conditions apply to confirmed bookings:

Individual bookings:

  • At least 24 hours before the appointment: no cancellation fee.
  • Between 24 and 6 hours before the appointment: 50% of the booked services.
  • Within 6 hours of the appointment: 100% of the booked services.

Group bookings for more than four people:

  • At least 72 hours before the appointment: no cancellation fee.
  • Between 72 and 48 hours before the confirmed appointment: 50% of the booked services.
  • Within 48 hours of the appointment: 100% of the booked services.

For visitors’ safety and comfort, appropriate clothing is required:
Pool and jacuzzi: swimwear, flip-flops and a swimming cap.
Fitness: sportswear and clean training shoes.
Yoga and Pilates: loose, comfortable clothing.
Massage and body treatments: disposable underwear provided by Este Fitness & Spa.
Thai massage: special clothing provided by Este Fitness & Spa.

The sauna, steam room and hammam are not recommended for people with high blood pressure, circulatory conditions, asthma or breathing problems. If you have a specific medical condition, please consult your doctor before using these services at Este Fitness & Spa.

Specially designed treatments for expectant mothers are available.
Please note: massages and treatments are recommended after the first trimester.

The sauna, steam room and hammam are not recommended during pregnancy.

Este Fitness & Spa offers:

  • Fitness and/or spa memberships for a specified period.
  • Packages for a specified number of visits.

During the relevant validity period, a membership or package allows up to one visit per day. A second visit on the same day is charged at 50% of the single-visit price for the service. Fitness memberships cover gym access only; personal training is charged separately. Memberships and packages are valid for 12 months, subject to the specified term of the selected product.

  • VIP deposit cards.

VIP cards are loaded with a deposit and may be used for services at the prices in force at the time of use. Bonus credit is added as follows:

AVENTURINE Card: a €4,000 deposit receives €600 bonus credit.

ONYX Card: a €6,000 deposit receives €1,000 bonus credit.

Gold Card: an €8,000 deposit receives €1,500 bonus credit.

Platinum Card: a €10,000 deposit receives €2,000 bonus credit.

VIP deposit cards cannot be used to purchase memberships or services offered at established package prices in the current price list.

Memberships, packages and VIP deposit cards require payment in full at purchase.

Annual membership and VIP deposit card holders may use the car park while using Este Fitness & Spa services, under the following conditions:

  • Up to six hours in one day: complimentary parking.
  • After the sixth hour: a fee of BGN 2 for each additional hour or part thereof.

Parking is permitted only during the Spa Centre’s opening hours and only on days when the cardholder uses its services.

Este Fitness & Spa processes personal data supplied in connection with its services in accordance with Bulgaria’s Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and all applicable data protection legislation.

These terms have been adopted by Este Properties EOOD and are available on the Spa Centre’s website, www.estespa.bg.

The current price list for Este Fitness & Spa services is available at www.estespa.bg.

To help maintain quality facilities and an enjoyable environment, fitness centre guests agree to the following code of conduct:

(a) Treat the centre, its staff and other guests courteously and respectfully.

(b) Use equipment in accordance with the centre’s rules, guidelines and staff instructions.

(c) Follow the centre’s age restrictions and rules for children.

(d) Wear suitable clothing and footwear and use changing and sanitary facilities for their intended purpose.

(e) Use equipment only as intended, take care of it and return it to its designated place after use.

(f) Showers are for washing the body and hair only. Other activities, such as laundry and shaving, are prohibited throughout the changing rooms.

(g) Este Fitness & Spa may amend or supplement these rules and terms. Guests must comply with the updated rules, and any changes will be communicated to them.

(h) Respect the privacy of staff and other guests. Do not use cameras or recording mobile devices without their permission.

To maintain a calm, relaxing atmosphere, please refrain from using mobile phones and speaking loudly.

Este Fitness & Spa maintains clean premises, facilities and equipment in accordance with applicable hygiene requirements. Methods include wet cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation.

Este Fitness & Spa accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings. For your security, please leave valuables in the safe available at reception.

Este Fitness & Spa accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries on its premises resulting from a visitor’s failure to follow the rules and restrictions in these terms.

Este Fitness & Spa has been designed in accordance with accessibility requirements for people with disabilities.

Photography for advertising purposes is prohibited. Visitors may not publish advertising photographs taken at Este Fitness & Spa on social media, online or elsewhere without the consent of Este Properties EOOD.

For guests’ safety and health:

  • Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited throughout the Spa Centre.
  • The fitness centre, pool and thermal area must not be used after drinking alcohol.
  • Visitors must not enter areas outside those open to guests.
  • Outdoor shoes, slippers and flip-flops are prohibited in the fitness centre; designated training shoes are required.
  • Shoes and trainers are prohibited in the pool area.

Visits may not be interrupted by leaving the Spa Centre and returning later in the same day. A return visit is charged in full as a new visit.

Fitness and/or spa memberships, VIP deposit cards and packages may be terminated early:

  1. At the cardholder’s request; or
  2. By Este Fitness & Spa if the cardholder breaches these terms.

On termination of an active membership, VIP deposit card or package, the services already used are recalculated at the single-visit or service prices in force at termination. That amount is deducted from the total value of the membership, card or package. Any remaining balance may be exchanged for other services of equivalent value, to be used within one year of termination.
